It does not control the independent practices of an identity provider, source-code provider, payment provider, or other service that you choose to connect. ## Account and profile data When you create or open an account, LogBrew receives the account reference and profile information supplied by your sign-in provider. You can add or change your name. LogBrew also records account settings, language, theme, plan state, and organization membership when those features are used. ## Project and telemetry data LogBrew processes project details and the telemetry that you choose to send, such as issues, logs, traces, actions, releases, and metrics. This data can include service, environment, framework, runtime, device, session, and other technical context. You must configure capture so that secrets and unnecessary personal data are not sent. ## Usage, support, and billing data LogBrew records service usage, feature interactions, plan limits, security events, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service. If you contact support, LogBrew receives the information that you include in the request. If paid plans are used, payment details are handled by the payment provider and LogBrew receives the related customer, subscription, invoice, and payment-status information needed to provide the plan. ## How LogBrew uses data LogBrew uses data to authenticate users, provide the workspace, receive and correlate telemetry, show investigations and analytics, enforce plan limits, answer support requests, secure the service, prevent abuse, improve reliability, meet legal duties, and communicate important account or service information. LogBrew does not sell personal data. ## Legal reasons for processing LogBrew processes data when it is necessary to provide the requested service or take steps at your request, to meet legal duties, to protect legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, or with consent where the law requires it. You can withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing. ## Cookies and local preferences LogBrew uses the session information needed to keep you signed in and protect authenticated requests. The website can also keep preferences such as language and appearance on your device. LogBrew does not require advertising cookies to provide the product. Browser settings can remove local data, but removing session data signs you out. ## Sharing and service providers LogBrew shares data only when needed to provide the service, follow your instructions, protect users and the service, complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards, or comply with law. Vendors that support hosting, authentication, source connections, communications, support, security, analytics, or billing may process limited data for their assigned purpose under contractual duties. ## International processing LogBrew and its service providers can process data in countries other than the country where you live. When required, LogBrew uses recognized safeguards for international transfers and applies the protections described in this policy regardless of processing location. ## Retention and deletion LogBrew keeps data only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet the selected plan and retention settings, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the service, and meet legal duties. Project deletion makes the project inactive and starts automatic permanent deletion. Account deletion disables access and provides a 24-hour restore window before permanent deletion proceeds. Some limited records can be kept when required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, or dispute records. ## Security LogBrew uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect data. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in account, credentials, and access to your devices, and for reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly. ## Your choices and rights You can review and edit profile information, manage preferences, delete projects, and request account deletion from the product. Depending on applicable law, you can also ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and you can complain to the relevant data-protection authority. LogBrew can verify a request before acting on it. ## Children LogBrew is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to use an online service in their country. Do not create an account or send personal data if you do not meet the applicable minimum age. Contact LogBrew if you believe a child has supplied personal data without valid authorization. ## Policy changes and contact LogBrew can update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The updated date identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated when required.
